HIADA: COMMUNICATION, CONFERENCE, LTI & MEMBERSHIP

In 2025 HIADA proudly launched a system called FinalForms AMP to boost membership, improve communication,  streamline events and centralize payments. AMP - Association Management Platform - was designed by FinalForms in order to empower state association leadership and membership with useful features.

Currently, 45 state athletic administrator associations across the country are using AMP’s revolutionary features to increase membership, event attendance and LTI participation. We have joined FinaForms, a leader in their industry, to provide a first-class membership experience for all of you!

First and foremost, the #1 member benefit is the enhanced communication throughout the state. Members are now able to contact other members by individual email or group emails (school, leagues or state). This can help with non-league event scheduling, seeking vendors for equipment or services, or even posting coaching openings. 

Payment (online or check) for event registration, LTI courses, and social events like the conference golf tournament are now run through our HIADA AMP. You now also have the ability to pay for HIADA membership for schools and NIAAA membership for individual athletic administrators.

For those new to this, you will receive a link in your email inbox from the ‘HIADA AMP Mailman’.

1. Click the ‘click here to confirm your account’ link
2. Enter/create and confirm your password
3. Login to AMP to:
   1. View/update forms (contact information, title, school, league, etc.)
   2. Register for the HIADA conference, LTI courses, golf tournament
   3. Pay for what you have registered. [Available later: Pay for HIADA/NIAAA membership]
   4. Communicate with fellow ADs
